Fall Competitive League
Ready to put your Mahjong skills to the test? Mid Mo Mahjong’s Fall Competitive League is back!
Join us Monday evenings for friendly competition, strategy, and a whole lot of Mahjong. Our competitive league is designed for players who know how to play and are ready to strengthen their game in a fun, welcoming environment.
Each week features two rounds of competitive play, with points accumulating throughout the season toward our final league standings. Can’t make every Monday? Substitutes are welcome, so you don’t have to miss the entire season because of a scheduling conflict.
Fall League Details
Mondays | 6:00–8:30 PM
Kickoff: September 14
League Play: September 21–December 7
No League: October 12 & November 16

Curious about competitive Mahjong but not quite ready to jump into a league or tournament? Or already registered and want to sharpen your competitive play?
Come practice with us!
Our Competitive Practice Sessions are designed to help players become more comfortable with competitive league and tournament-style play in a friendly, low-pressure environment.
We’ll practice:

No competitive experience is required. These sessions are perfect for anyone who wants to learn how tournament play works, get some practice, and feel more confident before sitting down at a competitive table.
FREE for players already registered for an upcoming Mid Mo Mahjong Competitive League or Tournament
$10 for all other players
Thinking about competing but haven't registered yet? Come try a practice session first! If you attend and then decide to register for an upcoming Competitive League or Tournament, we'll apply your $10 practice fee toward your registration.
Competitive Mahjong doesn't have to be intimidating. Come learn the format, practice the rules, ask questions, and get comfortable before the points really count.

Summer Competitive League
This league is perfect for players who:
• Want to become more comfortable with competitive scoring
• Enjoy friendly competition in a supportive atmosphere
• Are looking to improve strategy and gameplay
• Love gathering around the table with fellow mahjong enthusiasts
$85 for the full 9-week league
No pressure — just good games, learning opportunities, laughter, and community. Everyone has a seat at our table.
League play requires a minimum of 8 players to hold the session. If we do not meet minimum registration, we’ll transition to open play gatherings throughout the summer instead.
